From design to delivery

Each project begins with a thorough technical analysis, conducted by our design office with shipowners and classification societies.
We directly manage all operational phases; Surveys, structural studies, planning, construction, assembly, and testing, ensuring a coordinated and certified process capable of restoring every vessel to optimum efficiency, safety, and reliability.

Experience on Historic and Prestigious Ships

Throughout our history, we have overseen the refitting of iconic vessels such as the flagship "Amerigo Vespucci," the training ship "Palinuro," and various early 20th-century steamships, true masterpieces of the Italian navy.

Assistance and warranty throughout Italy

Casa del Motore offers post-refit assistance and maintenance throughout the country, thanks to mobile technical teams and a network of qualified suppliers.
We respond quickly to ensure the vessel's full operational readiness quickly and with maximum reliability.

BDry docks

Casa del Motore has the availability to use the dry docks of the La Spezia Naval Arsenal to carry out all hull-related works, including repairs to planking, propellers and shaft lines, painting, and ancillary activities.
